Ensure vendors have arrived on time, set up, and are ready to go when needed
Vendor assistance and direction with a load-in and break down schedule
Set up personal decor items, including favors, escort card, placing menu’s, guest book, etc.
Crisis Prevention
Make certain that photographer, music, and other staff breaks for a meal at the best time
Work with the venue(s) to ensure a smooth transition between ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing
Orchestrate ceremony line-up and introduction of couple into reception
Ensure gifts and envelopes are turned in to trusted family or friends at the end of the evening

Planning, Design and Event Management
Orange September an event company offers planning services for many types of special events including surprise proposals, engagement parties, weddings, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, and all types of corporate events. We prefer not to offer set packages because we do not feel that every client, or their event, necessarily fits into the exact same box. We would rather customize a level of service to fit your specific needs and budget. For example, producing a wedding at a private compound is extremely different from that of a resort wedding so they demand very different levels of attentions. We take pride in that attention to detail and that is what sets us apart.
But because the industry has built so much around "packages" and honestly it's a little easier to visualize below are simply snapshots of the services we offer, as Orange September proposals and service outlines are quite extensive in length. Our services are designed to give you options that allow you to be in control of your investment. We understand your overall budget for the day is an important concern so you pick and choose how our services best fit within your budget … pick one, combine two, or pick all three … you decide.
PLANNING, DESIGN, and EVENT MANAGEMENT
Our complete service offerings are the whole shebang – we will take the lead and guide you through every step of the planning and design process (and everything in between) along with managing your event on the day of.
It begins with casual conversation over coffee, tea, cocktails or video chat. One of our favorite things when meeting is hearing your story, and not just your love stories but also your life stories … this is where we draw so much inspiration. We want to really get to know you and learn how you think. This is so important throughout the planning process as well as on the wedding day. At this time we’ll also discuss all your wedding ideas and review any inspirational images you may have collected over time.
Orange September an event company is involved as much, or as little as your prefer with continuous communication at your convenience.
If you have not already secured a venue we will plan a location-scouting trip together. We will refer and negotiate with vendors that will cater to your wedding wants and needs; collaborating with your caterer, florist, venue, rental company, and more.
Together, we will work on the exciting design elements and the small details that create a one of a kind, truly unique and authentically YOU wedding celebration. You and your partner will have access to our online management systems to keep all of your celebration details organized.
The two of you know what’s most important, but we will also prioritize support in the conceptualization and execution of your wedding vision.

PLANNING
At this point, you've said yes to one of the biggest questions you'll ever be asked. And you're so excited to dive into all the pretty details of the day but you need, or simply want, hands-on help from a to z when it comes to planning, managing and coordinating all the logistics of the entire wedding day. We will co-create with you!
Everything from site selection, interviewing creative partners and vendors that align with your budget and aesthetic, budget maintenance and managing your RSVP’s, right down to the creation of detailed timelines. We will take care of the big plans, tiny details and everything in between while you take care of the color pallet, design elements and DIY projects.
DESIGN

It all starts with a blank slate, we get to know your story to weave into the narrative of your design. After an onsite walk-through to talk in further depth about your event we create a design proposal including visual inspiration, a color board and layout and hand select and manage your complete design team including the florist, rentals, linens, invitation designer, lighting company and any other design related vendor. We create one-of-a-kind events that are elegant and tasteful.

EVENT MANAGEMENT and COORDINATION
Our wedding day event management and coordination service is designed to support the couples that have planned their wedding and have all of the logistics for their wedding planning and design expertly covered. We will jump in and organize the day, create and run the timeline and make sure your family has a front row seat.
After an onsite walkthrough of your location, let Orange September an event company rehearse you the day before your wedding; set-up your ceremony and reception spaces; design a custom wedding day timeline for you and your wedding team of vendors; manage your vendors; and put out any wedding day emergencies that may arise. This service will put into action all of your hard work and wedding planning, while keeping your team of vendors on the same page for your wedding day.

Booking him means that he will want to know you, both as a couple, and as individuals because his goal is to officiate a ceremony that no one is expecting, but is 100% completely and honestly who you are. Most times when he's meeting with a couple to review the ceremony outline for the first time ... the tears begin to flow ... I pinky promise this is a true statement ... When he begins to read the ceremony out loud with his soft spoken voice they all get chocked up! This is something he is meant to do!

We are experienced in designing, planning and orchestrating professional events. We assist clients with translating their business brand into any type of social event from boardroom lunches, business meetings, conferences and press conferences to grand openings, brand launches, team building, employee parties and promotional events. Wedding Planner
As wedding planners we work on the logistics of the wedding. We create and run timelines, offer vendor recommendations, and work as a liaison between you and the vendors. We are there to avoid any detail falling through the cracks and making sure that all loose ends have been tied up. On the wedding day, we will oversee the set up, timeline, vendor management, and oversee breakdown. We both come from account management backgrounds handling everything from small to multi million dollar accounts and everything in between. Therefore we are well suited to manage your contracts, timelines, and solve problems and issues that might arise.
Wedding Designer
As wedding designers, we are just that, designers. This is where we, (you and us) create the mood, feel and vibe of your distinct and extraordinary wedding day. With a creative background from working in the graphic design and advertising industry, we will create the visual and tactile experience of the wedding by drawing inspiration and fresh perspectives from each individual. In fact, we challenge ourselves to create handcrafted events that will be memorable for years to come. As designers we will consult on all the details. From printed materials to the napkin folds on the table, from floor plans, florals, rentals, light, linens to wedding party fashion. We specialize in designing elements from the wedding website, to paper goods and even custom design backdrops and props - creating an experience for the guests that is sometimes not your typical "escort tented card on a 6-foot table". After talking about what you like outside of the wedding; your favorite food; a movie that one of you is obsessed with; a hobby you share we then challenge ourselves to create the mood, feel and vibe that tells your story - a story that screams "that is SO them!". On the wedding day, a designer will come in and supervise all of the decor installation and make sure everything is in place as envisioned. A wedding designer does not stay and run the wedding day or manage the event timeline.
Wedding Designer and Planner
As wedding designer/planners, we are both. We have our feet everywhere from developing all of the timelines and managing the logistics to creating and designing the mood and feel of the wedding day. When hired for Complete Design, Planning and Coordination our role is to create an all-encompassing experience for you and your guests by having a common thread throughout the wedding. Our events stem from our approach and we believe in branding each event from beginning to end. We want to set the tone through save-the-dates and carry that vibe through the entire event day. We are also very untraditional in our hearts, so doing something unique and quirky or something that guests wouldn't expect to see, is what fuels our creativity.
As wedding designers, planners, coordinators, and stylists, we co-create with couples from diverse backgrounds and budgets in order to make sure that the wedding day is gorgeous, intimate and stress-free.
